Nomos Strategy

Bridging the gaps between law, policy and social expectations for a sustainable future.

About Us

A scenic landscape featuring mountains, a lake, and lush greenery under a clear blue sky.

Nomos Strategy advises state-owned entities (SOEs) on governance, human rights due diligence and international law.

Through advisory mandates, board training and regulatory intelligence, we help SOEs bring their governance, policies and processes in line with international standards — including the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

We also work with private-sector companies and investors on governance and human rights matters, and collaborate with international organisations, academic institutions and industry bodies across the field.

A serene landscape featuring mountains, a lake, and a clear blue sky.

We help our clients close the gaps between law, policy and social expectations — reducing risk, building resilience and competitiveness, and advancing inclusive growth.

Our expertise in international law and governance lets us cut through complex regulatory and normative frameworks and turn them into strategies boards and management can act on.

We tailor our advice to a fluid and challenging regulatory landscape, guiding each client to make their own positive contribution to a sustainable future.

We stay ahead of emerging legislation and evolving standards, so our clients are prepared for what's coming rather than reacting to it once it arrives.
